  • CLICK AND COLLECT

    Click and Collect service is available from Thursday – Sunday 10:30 - 5:00, Friday 9:00-10:30 and Saturday 12:00-7:00. All click and collect orders are packaged on the same day of ordering. If you do not wish to collect the same day of order, please state in the order notes.

  • SHIPPING INFO

    NATIONAL DELIVERY

    If your item is in stock and you order before midnight we will despatch your order next business day, with expected delivery the following day. 

    In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

    BEER ORDERS

    All beer orders are sent by Royal Mail who will be in touch by text to confirm the delivery date and time, and give you the option to reschedule delivery if required.

    Postage to England and Wales is charged at a flat rate of no more than £6.

    Postage to Scotland, Northern Ireland is possible please get in touch for details and pricing.

    Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be delivered within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday will be despatched the following Monday, or the next working day in the case of a bank holiday.  

    Merchandise

    Clothing is sent by Royal Mail at a flat rate of £5 within the UK & Northern Ireland. Delivery is within 48 hours but usually next day.

    RETURNS POLICY

    Should you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please do so within 14 days. Unless faulty, goods must be returned sealed and in the original packaging.

    Please return goods with the returns form included in your original order. Remember to tick the box indicating whether it is a return or exchange, and provide a reason for the return in the space provided. We will only refund the delivery cost if we have despatched damaged or incorrect goods. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

    Returns and exchanges are at your own expense, unless there has been an issue with your order. Please contact us on info@elementsbrewery.co.uk to arrange the return.

    You will be responsible for any returned goods until they arrive back at Elements Brewery. Always get proof of postage as in the event of a lost package you will be responsible for claiming from Royal Mail. The Royal Mail compensation is limited to £26 Sterling so if the value of goods you are returning is greater than this you may wish to consider using a recorded delivery service.

In accepting our Terms and Conditions, you agree to act in accordance with the Licensing Act of 2003.     MAKING A PURCHASE

    We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card and also via PayPal. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. 

    We must receive full payment before we can accept your order.

    BACK ORDERS

    If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
